This song is an extreme guilty pleasure. It's obnoxious as hell, was clearly made to cash in the success of Gangam Style, and has Snoop Dogg because he'll be in anything. But at the same time, this song has a bizarre charm. While PSY is obnoxious as hell, there's a bizzare enthusiasm in his voice which makes the song tolerable. And while Snoop Dogg isn't really that great in this song, he's not terrible, and he, like PSY is having a lot of fun. So yeah, in a technical sense, this song is bad and obnoxious. But at the same time, it's so stupid, fun, and silly that it becomes good. If you're a fan of stupid silly songs like Party Rock Anthem and (of course) Gangam Style, I recommend checking this song out. It's certainly not the worst thing Snoop Dogg guest appeared on.
