Tribe is one of the most fun, chill, laid back songs I've ever heard. Let's start with the production. I love this production. It's so fun, relaxing, and laid back. The guitars are cool, and the switchups really make this song pop. And those "la la la la las" are so lovely. Bas and J. Cole are also great. Bas, despite being really laid back and happy, still has a fantastic flow. He's able to spit bars with Godzilla level speed, all with a fun, happy attitude. As for J. Cole? Wow, does he suit this song. While he's nowhere near as good as he was on The London, J. Cole is still absolutely fantastic. His calm, low-key voice is perfect for this fun, lighthearted, laid back songs, and he has fantastic chemistry with Bas. Bottom line, Tribe is a fantastic song. It's fun, it's lightheared, it's just such an enjoyable song. If you want something fun and lighthearted to listen to, give Tribe a shot.
