Lil Pump is a major guilty pleasure. His music is incredibly idiotic and stupid, but is so fascinating and full of personality, that I can't help but like it. And Be Like Me is the epitome of that. Be Like Me is a very enjoyably stupid song, with an infectious, catchy melody. Pump, while not as good as he was in Welcome To The Party and Drug Addicts, still has his fun, charismatic charm, and isn't mind numbingly boring like he was in Gucci Gang. Also, his flow is good, and combined with the funky and cool melody, makes Be Like Me an easy song to jam to. The music video is also pretty funny, with various people and things imitating Pump's style and actions. From little kids, to a dog, to a Wacky Wavy Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man. It's very funny and interesting. Also, Lil Wayne is good. While I've seen plenty of artists I don't like make good songs, Lil Wayne is the most surprising one. His voice is absolute garbage, but he can manage to sound really good in songs like Believe Me, Sucker For Pain, and the Don't Mind remix. And in this? Yeah, he sounds really good. His flow is good, and his voice sounds alright. So yeah, Be Like Me is absolutely stupid dreck, that you're probably not going to appreciate the same way I do. But to me, Be Like Me is a funky stupid piece of fun. Check it out yourself, and make your own decision.
