Top 10 best bbno$ songs.

bbno$ is awesome. He's such a bizarre, fun, silly, cool rapper. Billie Eilish may be a nice person, and When The Party's Over is a good song, but bbno$ blows Eilish out of the water in terms of making surreal music. So in order to honor him, here are my top 10 favorite bbno$ songs.

10.

Lalala

What better place to start than with bbno$'s most famous song, as well as the song that introduced me to him? Yeah, Lalala is still awesome. I've seen a lot of people hate on this song because it's "annoying" and "lazy" And I 100% disagree. It's not bbno$'s best (It wouldn't be #10 if it was), but it's a cool, catchy, fun song, supported by the awesomeness of bbno$ and Y2K. They both sound amazing, and I love the kids show aesthetic of the music video. If anyone wants to make a surreal song that appeals to me, use Lalala to take notes, because this song gets me.

9.

Stucco

Stucco is just fantastic. The beat is funky, bbno$ is fantastic and has a great flow, and it's just a cool song. That's really it. Similar to Turn Down For What and Ride, Stucco is a great song that I have next to nothing to say about. Oh, and the Zoinks Scoob thing is cool.

8.

Jimmy Neutron

Take note, Desiigner: this is how you make a rap song based on a famous cartoon character, and have it not be complete garbage. Jimmy Neutron is a fantastic song. The beat is funky, electronic, and cool, it's nicely sung from both bbno$ and Lil MAYO, the lyrics are clever (even containing a reference to Nicki Minaj's Anaconda), and it's just a fun, quirky song. The only problem is this song doesn't have a real ending. It just sorta stops. But that's only a minor complaint, because Jimmy Neutron is an awesome song!!!!

7.

Bad Thoughts

Unlike the other songs on this list, which are more funky and fun, Bad Thoughts is more relaxed and mellow. The melody is very somber, and enhanced by guitar strings. However, bbno$ manages to make it work. His voice is great as usual, and the good vocals combine with the nice, relaxing melody. Like Come Hang Out by AJR, Bad Thoughts is a song that is somehow both different from bbno$'s usual fare, but still fits in with said usual fare.

6.

Bandsville

In this 6th entry, bbno$ collabs with Yung Gravy, another underrated surreal rapper, to make a relaxed, cool, catchy song. Like Bad Thoughts, Bandsville is very relaxing. But where Bad Thoughts is kind of somber, Bandsville is more chipper and fun. Also, bbno$ and Yung Gravy are fantastic as always, and they exhibit great chemistry. The only problem is that the music video is really stupid, but not in a fun way. However, a sub par music video doesn't ruin a fantastic song.

5.

Who that boi

Who that boi is really good. It's an incredibly funky, cool, atmospheric song that's virtually impossible to not dance to. bbno$ is fantastic as usual, the beat is funky and relaxing, reminiscent of the catchy and relaxing beat of Don't Wanna Know, and so loki is really good too. All in all, Who that boi is a fantastic, really cool, fun, and enjoyable song.

4.

Jurassic

Jurassic is an insanely catchy, groovy song. Every second of this song is so groovy, funky, and jammin. bbno$ is great as usual, the xylophones sound really good, and every aspect of this production is insanely melodic and cool. Also, trippythakid is cool too. His verses are great, nicely sung, and really good. All in all, Jurassic is one of bbno$'s best works.

3.

Bubblin

Bubblin is absolutely fantastic. Like Jurassic, it has a funky baseline, as well as bbno$ sounding amazing as usual, but it has a lot of other stuff too. Clever lyrics, a fantastic music, a weird instrumental supplied by an instrument I can't figure out what exactly it is, and it's just all around atmospheric, funky, and cool. Also, like #5, so Loki is great too. His verses are great, as well as greatly sung. Bubblin is an absolutely fantastic showcase of what bbno$ has to offer.

2.

Working For The Weekend

Ok, this might be cheating, because bbno$ only has one verse on this song, and it's primarily MAX's song, but Working For The Weekend is an absolutely fantastic song. bbno$, despite having only one verse, is still really good, and the song is incredibly relatable, and sounds really nice. Like I said when I reviewed this song, as a high school senior, I extremely relate to getting a heavy workload every day, as well as the line "I've been working for the weekend, but that weekend never came." Also, it's produced by the best band in the world, AJR. So what song beat out this one?

1.

Tony Thot

Tony Thot is my favorite bbno$ song. You may remember me putting this song at #4 on my best of 2018 list. That just goes to show how good Smile (I'm Living My Best Life), Close To Me, and Wilson (Expensive Mistakes) were that they stopped this song from going to #1. Not only is it produced by Lentra, who produced many of the songs on this list, but Tony Thot takes everything that made the previous 9 songs good, and cranks them up to 11. bbno$ sounds fantastic, the lyrics are clever, the instrumental is amazing, and dear god is this music video an insanely trippy, psychedelic ride. Lalala is a great song, but Tony Thot really should've been the song that put bbno$ into public consciousness. Because it is absolutely fantastic. I look forward to more bbno$ songs in the future. Because in a world where we're locked in because of a virus, and everyone is at odds with each other, and we're all basically embodiments of the "This is Fine" meme, we need someone as cool, awesome, weird, and fun as bbno$. Godspeed, my good man. Godspeed.

So that's my list. What are your thoughts? What are some of your favorite bbno$ songs? Comment below, and thanks for reading! :-)
